Acceptable Use Policy

⚖️ Binding Agreement
Use of Yukio's Authentication Gateway constitutes acceptance of this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
1. Permitted Use
Yukio's Authentication Gateway is designed and intended for:
- Authenticating legitimate users of your backend services
- Implementing multi-factor authentication workflows
- Enabling enterprise single sign-on integrations
- Securing API access with standards-compliant authentication
2. Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Any use that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- Authentication services for platforms engaged in illegal commerce
- Services that facilitate fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
- Authentication for phishing sites or credential harvesting operations
2.2 Abusive Behavior
- Sending unsolicited SMS messages (spam) through our SMS authentication channel
- Brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or any systematic abuse of authentication endpoints
- Denial-of-service attacks or excessive API usage designed to degrade service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting our source code
- Bypassing rate limits or authentication controls through any means
2.3 Harmful Content
- Authentication services for platforms hosting CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
- Platforms promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Services facilitating human trafficking or exploitation
- Platforms distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious code
3. SMS-Specific Requirements
All use of our SMS authentication channel must comply with:
- CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
- Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy
- Applicable 10DLC campaign registration requirements
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) consent requirements
- SHAKEN/STIR caller authentication framework requirements

4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a warning with a remediation timeline.
- Suspension: Serious or repeated violations will result in immediate service suspension.
- Termination: Egregious violations (illegal activity, CSAM, etc.) will result in immediate and permanent termination, and we will report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
5. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP, contact abuse@yukiozen.ai. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action.
